AnswerHello, sandeep,
First, I have a question. "Sandeep" is a man's name, correct? I assume that's not your name, because as far as I know, men can't get pregnant. :)
How far along are you? This is important.
You shouldn't have to have an abortion because you are there on a work permit. Here is how to find someone who can help you with this problem. Click on this link or paste this into your browser: http://www.heartbeatinternational.org/worldwide_directory.asp Choose "New Zealand" from the country list. There are 28 organizations in New Zealand willing to help you, on two pages. If you click on "details", you can get their phone numbers. Call the one closest to you. If you have trouble with this, let me know, and I will get the information to you here. Many of these organizations can also help you figure out how to deal with your financial needs, and provide access to medical care, and supplies and clothing for the baby, and adoption services. They provide counseling. All of this is free or very, very low cost.
Now to answer your question. You should NEVER take misoprostol while you are pregnant. The manufacturer specifically says so. This is because there are several ways it could KILL you. I can't believe how negligent so many people are that they would give this medication to a pregnant woman! This medication can cause you to develop toxic shock syndrome, and that kills a woman within hours, faster than her problem can be diagnosed in the emergency room. It can cause her uterus to have such strong contractions it ruptures. It can cause her to bleed to death, and depending on how heavy the bleeding is, that can take only hours, too. You really don't deserve to take this kind of risk. There are better answers.
As for mifepristone, that is also not a good idea at all. It might not even work, and then you would have a real medical emergency on your hands. And even if you were to take both, and you developed a complication, you wouldn't have the money to pay for medical care. And you have no guarantee it will be safe for you at all.
Sooner or later, people will figure out how dangerous this is, and will stop giving this to pregnant women. I don't want you to be a victim in the meantime.
Please don't do this! Don't risk your life like this. I will pray for you, and I hope you will keep in touch and let me know how you do. I will talk to you any time, no matter what you end up doing.
