Understanding the Health Impacts of Multiple Early Abortions

I need an advice, I have had 3 abortions because the birth control did not work right. My concern is that, will it affect my health if I had these many abortions? I had abortions when I was 7 weeks preganat. They were done with the surgical vacuum aspiration for all 3 times. Will I be able to have more kids in the future? I am 21 years old. And if I had this kind of abortions, then will my doctors in the future be able to find out if I had an abortion or not? Please help me. Thank you

No worry.
In Greece some 20 years ago, it was expensive to get the pill, but abortion was free.
Many women had more than 10 or 15  abortions by suction curettage, and became pregnant again.
A suction curettage when performed by a doc in a sterile setting does not affect your fertility.
