Safe & Early Abortion Options: A Guide for Women

I am a 23 year old newly married female. My husband and I had unsafe sex last month. My periods are expected to start by 3-4 March. Last month I had regular menstruation though, the flow was lesser than earlier months. Please tell me, which abortion method will be most suitable if I find out that my periods don't start on time this month and I am pregnant.

The most safe early abortion methods are the Aspiration Procedure and the Abortion Pill.  These nonsurgical methods are best described in EarlyAbortion.com.  Unfortunately, even though the World Health Organization endorses the Aspiration Abortion Method as the safest abortion procedure, it is extremely difficult to find a doctor who performs it in most countries.  However, the abortion pill is easier to find, and the earlier you use it, the more simple it is.  My third choice would be a surgical abortion method.  If this is your only option, make sure the doctor does not scrape the uterus (or use a curette) as this is completely unnecessary in early pregnancy.
