Questionok 5 yrs ago got pregnet and then about 2 weeks later i had a misscarage and i didnt go to the er. and ever sence then i have not had a regular period, sometimes i will bleed for 6weeks and then wont have one for 4 months or every other month. And my husband and i are trying to get pregnet secne then and having trouble. if u have any answers please let me know

Your irregular periods are not related to the miscarriage. The problem lies in the fact that your ovaries are not functioning correctly. There are several reasons why the ovaries would not function correctly and therefore an evaluation would need to be done to find the cause of the problem. As long as your ovaries do not function correctly, you are probably not ovulating (giving off an egg), and so pregnancy is unlikely. My recommendation would be to go see a fertility specialist for an evaluation and recommendations for treatment.
