My Wife consumed the tablets in following order:
1. Day 1 : Mifepristone (200 mg), Qty: (01) Date: 20 / feb/2010, Time: 11:00 hrs
2. Day 2: Misoprostol (200 mcg), qty : (01) Date: 21/feb/2010 Time: 11:00 hrs
Result: Pain, cramping, 2/3 drops of bleeding
3. Day 3: Misoprostol (200 mcg), qty : (02) Date: 22/feb/2010 Time: 11:00 hrs
Result: Pain, weakness, Very minor/less bleedinng - happened at irregular intervals of time.
Note:(A):- 15th Jan(aaprox) is the period date. We had uprotected twice in the period from 15th Jan 2010 to 10th Feb 2010 and till date.
(B) :- 15th Feb was the due date for the period.
(C):- Test shown +ve when conducted at home before 15th feb and post 15th feb.
(D) : - In Home Pregnancy Test - 1st Control Line(C) appeared "Dark" whereas 2nd Line (Test LIne) appeared "Faint" or was Fairly Visible but visible after few seconds (approx 30 sec). The entire results were monitored within 4 minutes.
Kindly suggest the procedure/ steps to follow.

ANSWER: Hi Manish,
some additional fact to know:
1. The pregnancytest stays positive till about 3 weeks after the abortion. (pregnancy hormones leave the blood very slowly). So (D) has no value.
2. Periods are very irregular after an abortion. Nothing is sure about the period dates. So (A) was not safe.
3. The scedule you used was not optimal.
4. 10 days after an abortion a woman can become pregnant again.
So, although you seem to be in control of the situation, I fear you are not.
My question is: How many weeks was your wife pregnant when she started the Mife?
Day 1. Mife is OK
then day. 2 take 600 mcg Buccaly or vaginaly.
If your wife was just only 3 to 4 weeks pregnant the abortion attempt could be succesful, but normly there is much more bloodloss.
I would advise to start the whole procedure again and meanwhile do not have unprotected intercourse.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I am re-writing the entire case again. Please go through the same. Its urgent..
1. It was a 3 to 5 weeks suspected pregnancy.
2. 15th Feb, 2010 was due date for the Onset of Period. But it didn't occur. Hence, On 20th Feb., 2010 we initiated Abortion Process in the following order:
A: Date: 20-Feb-2010, Tablet: Mifepristone(200mg) Dosage: 1 Tablet, Time: 11 A.M. (Approx)
Result: Slight pain in the night, No bleeding, Nothin
B: Date: 21-Feb-2010, Tablet: Misoprostol(200mcg) Dosage: 1 Tablet, Time: 11 A.M. (Approx)
Result: Slight spotting, Few drops of Bleeding Occured,
c: Date: 22-Feb-2010, Tablet: Mifepristone(200mg) Dosage: 2 Tablet (with a gap of 3 hours) , Time: 11 A.M. (Approx)
Result: Severe Pain, Very Less/Little Bleeding
3. We are planning to take one more dose of 1 Tablet of Misoprostol(200 mcg) to initiate the proper Bleeding. Will this work out?
4. Apart from this tablets, what will you suggest me to carry out a successful termination.
5. To be frank we are scared with heavy bleeding hence, we took less dosage(1 tablet of Misoprostol(200mcg).
Kindly suggest me a process so as to carry out this abort in home itself.
Note: Bleeding started after Misoprostol but very very less.

thanks for the extra info.
This was a very young pregnancy, so possibly it is finished already.
But nevertheless I am not sure.
You better do the whole procedure again.
Day 1. Swalow Mife two tabs of 100mg
Day. 2 take 600 mcg Buccaly (do not swallow but let it melt in your mouth) or vaginaly.
Do not have unprotected sex for at least a month.
At 4-5 weeks the bleeding will be not very heavy.
3 weeks after the procedure do a pregtest.
A pill abortion has effect in 97% of all women.
