Hello Doctor,  Before pregnant i was very slim, when i became pregnant i started to gain every month and its obvious.. Unfortunately i had an abortion at 5 months due to abnormal growth of the baby. Already 2 and half months passed after my abortion but still tummy looks like im pregnant. pregnancy weight is still maintaining other than this im perfectly allright. both mentally and physically. Can u please guide me how can i get rid of this belly fat.please.. im waiting for your valuable answer. My parents says, its common and it will go after few months... i really dont know anything... please help me..

It is often difficult to lose the abdominal fat.  It usually takes a chance in diet.  The first step is less carbohydrates.  The next step is exercise.  Walking is the best exercise.  Start with a daily 15 minute walk and increase to 45 minutes.
