I had an aspiration abortion a week ago and after that week I had unprotected sex and my partner did not pull out  can I be pregnant ?

It is very unlikely you are pregnant from that incident. Pregnancy hormones take awhile to dissipate. You will still feel and test pregnant for awhile. There is always the possibility that the abortion missed the baby, in which case, you're still pregnant, but not pregnant again. If you are still pregnant, leave things alone. Abortion is dangerous, and can cause you serious harm.

Your partner is using you for his pleasure, and you are taking the consequences. You deserve to live free of fear of pregnancy. It doesn't matter if sex is "protected" or not. Protection doesn't work anyway. But you really need to talk to him about respecting you and your body. He owes it to you to protect you from abortion. If you are not in a position to have a child, he is not caring for you and protecting you to put you at risk. Sex has a higher purpose: to bond two people together. It's not just for "fun".
