Questionhello i had an abortion on oct 2nd and i started having unprotected sex like a week in a half later but he would pull out right before and put a condom on. also what i think was a normal period came down on nov 6th and lasted til the 8th and some spotting on the 10th. i also had un protected sex on nov 13th which then was when he ejaculated inside of me... can it be possible to be pregnant already or to get pregnant? also i have have a lil discharge since sat the 13th but nothing that i felt was different. and today i have been feeling some discomfort on my left ovary... can you please help me with my questions? thank you so much!
AnswerIt is very difficult to tell right now if you are pregnant or not, but it is unlikely that you are pregnant.
These are the reasons:
1. Your period was on 6 nov. So counting that as day 0 on 13 you were in your 7 day after the cycle. Normally ovulation occurs around 14 day after the period, so I would consider this to be a safe period, but I must warn you that this figure is not a hard and fast rule. Ovulation can occur even on the seventh day after periods.
2. The discharge you mentioned is worrisome, because around ovulation woman can experience some discharge, but I am not sure if this discharge was related to ovulation or not. You can see for yourself. Just see if this discharge has a stringy quality to it, i mean does it pull out like a string. If the discharge indeed has a stringy quality then you have possibly ovulated and a pregnancy is possible, but I once again repeat that it is not possible at the moment to know if you are pregnant or not.
And digressing from the question a little, and a word or advice in your own interest, do not indulge in un protected sex. Obviously you are not keen on a pregnancy, and unprotected sex is not the best option for you. The method of coitus interuptus or pulling the penis out before ejaculation is not effective at contraception, because a few thousand sperms are present in the pre-cum and all that it takes for a pregnancy is a single sperm, so don't take the risk and always use contraception. There are many methods of contraception and you can use any one of those. If you or your partner are not comfortable using a condom, then I would suggest the oral pill or a IUD.

I have been of some help to you.
