Post-Abortion Spotting and Cramps: Causes & When to Worry

Hi doc, I'm vrinda's husband. She had an abortion in december last year which was of 3 weeks. After that we didn't had intercourse for 3 months as our doctor suggested. She had spotting with cramps once in those 3 months. After that we had intercourse twice and she had spotting after that and yesterday she had spotting after we went out for a outing. Does excessive exertion creates spotting? We are worried about the spotting. please explain the reasons of spotting in our case. She has normal periods after abortion with a cycle of 29 days. Please help!

I don't understand why the doctor said no sex for 3 months. You probably should consult the doctor about why she is still having spotting. This can be dangerous to her health.
