Understanding Post-MTProst Discharge & Bleeding - Pregnancy Concerns

Hello doctor, i am 3 weeks pregnant and found it out last august 28. Im in a work abroad so i cannot be pregnant or else i'll be sent back home so what i did is i bought Mtprost kit day after i knew that i am pregnant. I took the first pill 7pm then yellowish/light brown discharge starts. Took the 2 other pill 7am the day after then i had blood. When i pee around 12pm theres blood clots already but i have no idea if thats the egg already. Later on all i get is yellowish spotting. Took the 2 pills that was left around 7pm yesterday. All i see now is yellowish spot. What does this mean? Im so worried and dont know any ob gyne here coz im just new here. Please help me. Im so worried and dont know what to do. I took all the pill in the kit already and have no idea what will i do next or what will happen next. Is is possible that im still pregnant? How will i know? Please help. Thanks in advance.

The only way to tell is to repeat the pregnancy test in 4 days.  If you were 3 weeks it should be negative.  If it is positive, you need to repeat the Misoprostol alone.
