What was the date when you begain your last menstrual period, and when do you think you conceived? When were you expecting your next menstrual period? How did you take the cytotec? By mouth, or some other way? Did you ever have a positive pregnancy test?

Ouch! PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANY MORE CYTOTEC, ESPECIALLY IN YOUR ORGAN. It is deadly-dangerous! When you put it in your organ, you may get an infection that will kill you within hours. You need to go to the doctor immediately, and have him check you for Clostridium sordellii. If you have it, he needs to start aggressive life-support treatment IMMEDIATELY. If you develop symptoms, it's too late. In this case, your body simply does not fight the infection. Please be aware that the manufacturer specifically says a pregnant woman should not take Cytotec. They don't want the legal liability if it kills a woman.
OK, all of that said, I can tell you the following: it is extremely unlikely you were ever pregnant. It would be rare for a 44 year old to get pregnant in the first place. Very few women get pregnant after 35. Second, you are most likely going through menopause. You will skip periods. This is absolutely normal. Since your pregnancy tests are negative, it is extremely likely you are simply experiencing menopause, and you have not been pregnant. It is also the case that when you are very stressed out, you may not get a period for that reason. And if you are not pregnant, it is possible you won't bleed with Cytotec.
At your age, you should be aware that having sex with your boyfriend is not in your best interests. You may be looking for companionship, but a man who would have sex with a woman whom he hasn't married is more interested in the woman's body, and isn't offering true friendship. You deserve better. You also deserve to be free of the fear of pregnancy. In the meantime, if you should start to bleed heavily, take cayenne as a supplement, or eat foods with lots of red hot peppers. If this doesn't work, see a doctor. Do you think you can simply go to the doctor and ask him to test you for Clostridium sordellii? There is no point in worrying about your job if you are dead! Do all the doctors there insist on a consent letter from your employer? If you just tell your employer that you are feeling a little under the weather and would like to be checked out, would that be sufficient? What if you told your employer that you need to find out if you are going through menopause, and if he can give you treatment that will help you with symptoms?
The odds are you won't have a problem, but if I were in your position, I would get tested. Doctors are not supposed to tell anyone about your health issues without your permission. It is part of the oath they take to become a doctor. Is this a problem in your country? There really aren't any symptoms that will give you sufficient warning. You will not develop a fever. A fever is the body fighting back. With Clostridium sordellii infection resulting from taking Cytotec, the body does not fight back. Instead, a woman's organs just start to shut down. While the risk is relatively small you will have this problem, it's no zero. You have to determine what risk you are willing to take.
STOP TAKING CYTOTEC! You do not need it. Just leave your body alone. You don't need for a doctor to give you a pregnancy test. There is very little chance you are pregnant. It's close to zero. Getting some kind of disease is much more likely. There isn't anything you can take that will stop such infections that I know of.
