QuestionQUESTION: Good morning doctor,I am from the African part of the country Ghana precisely and I am a lady who is hard working and a student too,It took me days to get on this site but am happy I got you @last.Last month being febuary 15th was supposed to be my period date and around 4:00am in d morning I woke up to ease myself and I cleaned up I saw a light brownish blood on my tissue I was happy bc that's normally the first sign b4 my period starts to rush so I attached my pad on my pant and happily went back to sleep.In the morning when I woke up I was feeling some slight cramps underneath my tommy so I tort my blood was rushing,I stood up to go ease myself again and i was surprised it was just a small spotting on my pant,tru out that day there was nothing but spotting blood on my pad and the next day it stopped,and so immidiately I suspected maybe I was pregnant so the next morning on the 17th feb I took a home pregnancy test and it showed positive I became restless and worried,so I called my sister and she told me to take cytotec(misoprostol)so I went to get it and on the 19th feb I took 2pills orally and 2pills in my vigina around 11pm in the night,I stayed back a little getting ready for the pains I watched movies for 2hrs yet I didn't feel anything so I slept off waking up in the morning I started feeling very slight cramps and I rushed to the toilet and I saw a normal period blood on my pad and some blood clot started falling in the toilet plobe plobe plobe honestly I don't knw what it looks like I also purged once dat day and I felt better no pains no mmuch blood to fill up my pad and so I took my bath and yet it was a very small blood on my pad and the next day it just a brownish blood and very small on my pad and then I started wearing only pants and finally the blood stopped I was so worried bc I tort it wasn't sucessful I read some abortion experience and I was told to wait for @list a weak b4 testing myself and now am a week and some days old after the abortion and I still feel kind of tiredness,my tommy bloated,my eating habbit of anything I see as stopped,I now eat normal now,although my breast is down a little than how heavy and painful it was b4 but I still feel slight pains on my nipples not much and I experience mouth bitterness too, today I used the home pregnancy test and one part showed very faint and the other showed very heavy,doctor please what do you suggest?Do you think I might still be pregnant?Please I need your absolute answers and direct me on what to do bc this days my friends in school are suspecting something is wrong with me its obvious and I added weight now even on my face and I think the pregnancy is 5weeks there about when I calculated,thank you Doc.............
ANSWER: You need to have a medical evaluation. Go to the doctor and get an ultrasound.

QUESTION: I had a blood Test yesterday and it came out positive and I have repeated Misoprostol but still no cramp and this time no bleeding am scared of going for an ultrasound because rite now am so ashamed of myself they will surely find out what I did.Doctor please advice me on what to bc really in a deep shit.
AnswerThe correct dose of Misoprostol is 4 tablets- 2 between the cheeks and gum on each side of the mouth. It does not work when you swallow it. This site can help.
