QuestionI have purchased a massage table for my wife and I give her amateur hand massages and augment with a percussion massager. I would like to buy a better electronic massager and would like to know if you have any recommendations. I am currently looking at the Genie Rub massager. Is this type O.K.? I don't believe the one I am currently using is very beneficial-it's one of those with 2 hard knobs on it that vibrate and seems particularyl harsh it I accidently hit a bone. Thanks for any input you could give me.

The very best treatment your wife could receive is the one you are currently treating her with. Your hands and heart. Devices rarely ever engage a person psychologically. Trying getting passionate with a lawn mower or cake mixer!!
You will spend money buying the machine, spend time learning how use it when all along, all you needed to do is what you are doing now. A machine will never replace your heart during massage.
It is the passionate part of massage which is not all that clearly understood. With practice-you will become confident around anatomy.
As for the various machines-I am sorry-I cannot get my head around spending money on them, unless of course, you have a medical condition like arthritis. Then I would recommend the hot spa pools.
