hi , um all last night ive been having neck contractions. i think i slept in theb wrong position. im 12 years old and not sure of what to do!
please help its morning and it still hurts even now!

IMHO, because you have stated you are only 12 yrs old, I will recommend that you advise your parents what is hurting and, as they are responsible for your wellbeing, it is up to them to seek possible help from the family physician.
