Infertility Concerns: Male Factor & Clomid Treatment - Expert Advice

Dear Sarah,
im 20 years old and my husband is 23 .We have been trying to concieve for 1 year and 4 months .My husband was found with a morphology problem in his sperm .As for me i had and hsg,blood test,and an ultrasound and everything turned out to be normal.Im on my second month of using clomid and a ovulation predictor to pin point my most fertile days of the month.2 months ago he started taking a male fertility supplement in hopes that it will help with his morphology problem. but still no luck...i dont know what else we can do to help with his problem and help us get pregnant.i hope you know of anything else that we can do to help us concieve. ANY information will be greatly appreciated .thanks for your time.

Taking Clomid will not necessarily help your problem, which is due to your husband's sperm.  It only resolves issues that are related to irregular ovulation.  Your doctor will or should recommend another method, after a few cycles of no success with Clomid, such as IUI or IVF.  Usually they have to do 2 or 3 cycles of IUI first, which can help with irregular sperm.  I would suggest asking to move forward to this procedure to increase your chances, rather than wasting your time with Clomid, which will likely not help your specific situation.  Best wishes.
