Strengthening Nails: Tips for Growth and Durability

I need some help with making my nails grow faster and stronger. They always end up broken and weak. I am very active at home: washing dishes, and washing clothes, and hair; and at school: writing is my life and I'm also a cheerleader. Any tips?

Unfortunetly there's no way to make them grow faster, but to make them stonger the best advice i can give you is to wear gloves, when doing the dished and other housework, especially when it envolves water. Also you should apply mosturizer every day (best if before going to bed), apply cuticle oil or balm daily and i'm sure you'll notice results!
