Dip Powder for Nails: Choosing the Right Powder for Salon Use

I had my nails done with silk wrap and the girl dipped my fingers in a jar with powder. Since I don't like to dip my fingers where everybody else dipped theirs, what kind of powder I can buy so I can bring my own at the salon? Is acrylic powder ok? Thank you.

Eleonora, I wouldn't recommend using anything you can purchase without a license to use professional nail products, and silk wraps with acrylic dip powder are not very resilient in the long term.  I would suggest finding a tech that specializes and UTILIZES the most up-to-date nail products and techniques, and this is not one of them.
