Cinnamon Powder vs. Ground Cinnamon: What's the Difference & Where to Buy

Is ground cinnamon the same as cinnamon powder? If its not where would I buy cinnamon powder?
I heard that honey and cinnamon powder had some good health benefits and it really can't hurt much to try.

Yes, cinnamon powder and ground cinnamon are the same. They're available in the spice section, often in the baking aisle of the grocery store.

I agree--I put extra cinnamon in breads, baked goods, french toast, etc. It sure can't hurt :)
What I've heard about honey is that when you buy locally made honey it can help fight against regional allergies, since there's something in the honey from the local pollens that can help build your immunity. Again, can't hurt to try!
