Well, I would like to tell you that the best place to get a manicure is at my salon!!
Although I have no idea where you live, the best place to go is somewhere that is clean; uses ONLY sanitized implements; clean files and not ones that were used on the whole community before you. Find a place that understands what you want done. You want a salon that is truthful with what they are doing and what they are using.
