The eliptical burns the most calories-I usually burn over 600 calories in an hour on the eliptical.
The treadmill-if it is put at a fast enough pace and incline-your calves will get an awesome workout.
The recumbent bike-is the best for people that can not stand -because there is no impact on the joints-it burns the least amount of calories,but,if you put resistance on it,you will get a good cardio workout.
