can u plz tell me what z the easiest n simplest way 2 do menicure n pedicure i live in hostel at the moment n i am finding it difficult to take care of my foot n especially hands.plz hlp

Hi,

soak hands or feet in warm water and use an exfoliates to remove any dead skin!
an defoliant can be made with oil and salt or sugar this will sluff off some of the
dead skin and help keep your skin soft.File nails or just cut nails. Oil the cuticles as often as you can. keeping your hands and feet conditioned will be a big help!
