Gel Polish Damage: Repairing Ridges and Nail Damage

For the past few months I have been wearing gel nail polish (OPI and Shellac).  I decided to give my nails a break and I took off the polish using OPI laquer remover and a nail file.  Now my nails are damaged with ridges in the top of my nail bed near the tips.  My nails seem to be pretty strong but they look pretty bad.  What can I do to repair the damage?

Shellac should requires no filing to the top of the natural nail!
So the filling is where the damage came from unless your tech used a file to remove
The product each time. Now at this point all you need to do
Is have patience..., keep a nail strengthened on at all times and get
Weekly manicures. The hardener will help with the nails feeling more
Secure at this point they just need a liitle time to grow out!
