QuestionI purchased opi microbond top coat to use over my natural nails . i paint my nails with regular polish and let it dry and then apply the uv top coat letting it dry for 3 min before curing it and then cure for 3 min and it still does not dry to a hard finish. It seems like it is not cured?

It sounds like a simple fix!
When you put on most UV top coats there is a
Residue that is left over from the curing process
It will give you the sticky non dry feeling . To get rid of this
And bring out the shine use a piece of paper towel
With some rubbing alchol on it and wipe that residue off
Underneath they should be dry and shiny!
