UV Top Coat & Nail Enamel: Best Practices & Compatibility

Hi, can you tell me if it is effective to use the UV Shiny Top coat set over a nail enamel application or only over straight acrylic.?

There are acrylic sealers and uv top coat I wouldn't
suggest useing Top coat for a sealer or vise versa.
Uv top coats are made to stock to polish just as a sealer is made to stuck to
products such as acrylic. In my expierience the acrylic sealer
peels off polish and uv top coat cracks off acrylic!
