Black Spots on Skin: Causes, Treatments & Expert Advice

Hello, I have a cousin thats has major problems with her skin. She has black spots on her legs, back, and arms. She do not grow hair on her legs so she doesnt have to shave. She has use proactive, aveeno, carrot creme etc. and nothing has work. Could you please tell me what she could use to get rid of these spots?..

I would love to be able to help but it's difficult to give advise when I can't see the problem on the skin.
To be extremely safe, your cousin should make an appointment with a dermatologist. He or she will be able to analyze what the situation may be.

I do hope that your cousin will be ok as this is a very concerning topic.
