Best Eye Makeup for Pale Blonde Hair & Green Eyes

Question
I have very fair skin with green eyes and I recently dyed my hair a pale shade of golden blonde. I feel like the eye-makeup I used with my previous hair (dirty blonde) over powers my very pale face/hair. I want to emphasize my eyes if at all possible.

I love mascara and eyeliner but I don't know what colors will bring out my eyes and give them definition without overpowering my new coloring.

I think green eyes are just mesmerizing so lucky you!

To emphasize the color of your eyes, you can use opposite colors of the color wheel. Such as purples and browns. Of course,I love to use purple colors for green eyes.
A dark brown eyeliner and mascara would compliment the purples together.
Also, add a shimmery gold or white at the corners of your eyes. This will open up your eyes and make them pop.
