Lactose-Free Coffee Cream Alternatives for Guests

Hi, we have a guest in  the hotel who is lactose intolerant. there are times that we ran out out of cream which he uses in his coffee.any substitute for cream in his coffee?or other alternatives in his case?i heard about the rice milk but i know we dont have that one in our place,this guest is very kind to us and i want to help him in  my own way.thanks.

   Thank you for your nutrition question.  There are several products your guest can use to subsitute for coffee cream.  You can try using special milk products such as Lactaid or Lacteeze or other "Lactose-free milk" in which the lactose is reduced  He could also try calcium-fortified soy milk also.  Hope this helps.
