Effective Ways to Reduce Belly Fat: Expert Advice

Hi, well first of all my English is not good so i would try to do my best.. im 21yrs old and my cw is 159 & im 5'7.  I have difficulty on reducing my stomach/belly beer and i exercise daily for 3 hrs.. should i buy some fat burners? or is there a certain food that i must eat? please help me.... i really want to wear a bikini for summer.. jejejeje.. thank you!

There is no magic pill or food that will burn fat!  Exercise, specifically aerobic, is what burns fat.  You need to eat a healthy overall diet that includes all of the food groups and you need to watch your portion sizes.  I am not sure what kind of exercise you do but a combination of aerobic and strength training is best.  You need to do something realistic also.  Doing 3 hours a day can burn you out quickly, making you quit.  You need to find a balance that will allow exercise to become a permanent habit in your life!
