Discover the Gloria Fire Agate Ring – Scottsdale’s Legendary Goldsmith

Question
Alan -

I'am truly hoping you can help me track down the history of a goldsmith/jeweler who was/is supposedly very well known in the Scottsdale,AZ area possibly.  This was probably from the 1970's - 90's. The only identification I have is a script written name, in lower case, on the inside of a ring 'gloria'.

The ring is a huge 14k yellow gold nugget-style ring with an incredibly large and colorful Fire Agate.  What makes this Fire Agate ring so different are the 4 stunning Blue Sapphires set into one side of the nugget setting.  I purchased this ring about 5 years ago from someone that had purchased it at an auction.  She had received the info regarding 'gloria' at that time.  She evidently was very well known, but without a last name I haven't been able to find out anything about her.

If you could help me out, I would truly appreciate it!!

Thank you for your time -

Answer
I am sorry, but without a book of hallmarks,I cannot identify, maker.Huge, mistake to have lent out to someone. My next suggestion would be to look up the hallmark,at a government website that may have hallmark info,if was registered with hallmark division.
