Identifying a 14k Charm Bracelet with 'R' and Crown - Is it Rolex?

I inherited my great grandmother's charm bracelet which is 14k with hearts all
around it.  It has the mark of "R" with a crown below it.  This resembles the
Rolex crown.  Did Rolex make bracelets (other than those used for watches)?  If
not, any idea how old it is or who made it?  I am unable to find anything about it
online.

I am unaware of Rolex ever making jewellery and unfortunately it's impossible to say who what where and when....
To be an accredited jewellery mark usually it requires either 3 or 4 marks which will give all this information. To apply these stamps the maker needs to be a Guild Member.
