Post-Lumpectomy Lump Concerns: When to Contact Your Doctor

Question
Four months after a lumpectomy but 2 months before my next appt, should I contact my surgeon or GN if I suspect more lumps?  I have fibroadenomas, and at this point am not sure if I have real or imagined changes.  Also not sure if I should just wait until my appt?
