Well my dear friend calculating labor charges depends on the piece you are working, metal and stones involved with it.
To start think this way, if you were working for a company and they pay you $10 dollars an hour and it takes you 2 hours to make the piece of jewelry you got the labor charges as $20 dollars, right?
