20K should indicate the purity of the gold...14K is normal and 24K is pure
(can't even make jewelry with it)...so 20K is very high..(would scratch easily)
this is very easy to have checked..go to jeweler...should be free to test...
pawn shop would be free to test..if someone charges don't pay more than $10..
this is unusual to have high gold value using CZ for stone..??
