Identifying Vintage Sterling Silver Jewelry: Carl-Art CA Arrow

hi...i have inherited my aunties collection of jewelry and most of her stuff is over 50 yrs old.  there is a brooch and earrings set that says sterling and under it says CA and through the CA is an arrow.  is that arrow thing of importance? thank you!

Hello Janet and thank you for your inquiry. Your item was made by Carl-Art and they were in business from 1936 - at least 1976. They made gold-filled as well as sterling jewelry items. They were located in Providence, RI.
