I have two jade bangle bracelets I want to have cut in half and gold hinges-clasps applied.
Do you know who-how etc.. I could go to to help me?

Hello,

You need to call around and find a jeweler that can custom make the hinges and clasp to fit your bracelet.  They can cut then using their foredom hand piece, utilizing a small diamond blade that most jewelers already have.  I could direct you to a custom jeweler here in Salt Lake City that I am sure can do this if you wish.
