Low Sex Drive in Men: Causes, Solutions & When to Seek Help

I have an attractive wife of 10 years.  We have 2 girls 18mth & an 8yr old.  I am 34 she's 35.  Lately,in the last few months, my sex drive has dwindled slowly.  At times, I have to force myself to have sex.  No, I am not cheating on her.  I think it's some form of inbalance? please help!!  How can I get my sex drive back?

Sometimes I think going through the child birthing is harder on the man than the woman, and through this I think we see our wives in a different light than we did when we were just trying to get in their pants. Witnessing the mechanics of giving birth can certainly change our perspectives on the baby making machine. But in the end, they are the same women we once couldn't breathe without. Treat your problem as a mind issue, and refocus and get yourself back on a making love schedule that fits both your needs. Remember in Top Gun, when Cruise cracked up the plane and his friend was killed. His commander said, "keep sending him up!" All designed to get and keep his head in the game. Sex is the most important part of a man's relationship with a woman. A good sex life, makes most all of life's challenges go away (for at least a few minutes). Buy a few Playboy magazines and fall back in love with your wife, get on a normal two or three time a week lovemaking schedule, and you'll be fine.
