Questionmy daughters wedding brides maids are wearing black with fushia what color should I wear that will not clash with the wedding party i am in a dilemma and need help i do not want to wear black either
AnswerNaomi,
The short answer: wear what looks best against your skin and hair coloring. You are the second most important woman in the wedding, a lot of people you know will probably be there and you want to look your best. This is an important day for you too!
Usually the darker your skin, the lighter colors you should wear; the lighter your skin tone, the darker the color. Brunettes and redheads look good in cool colors (blues, purples and greens); blondes look good in warm colors (reds, golds and browns). These aren't hard rules, you have to TRY THINGS ON!
Many mothers worry what color to wear in relation to the bridal party. Does the bride have any particular colors she wants you to wear or avoid? Since it is "her day", your color choice should be something she is okay with. Yet most brides don't really care what color their mothers' wear, as long as it is not the colors the bridesmaids are wearing. In your case this means fuschia and black are out.
Do you have any children in the bridal party? If not, you won't be taking many pictures with them. Regardless, we don't usually plan our outfits around what others will be wearing, and yet pictures still come out great.
FInd something that makes you feel great and your pictures will come out amazing, no matter what color you choose.
