Effective Strategies for Lean Muscle & Body Fat Reduction
QuestionHey Bonnie,
I am 5'3 and weigh about 143 pounds. I am very athletic and have been very active my entire life.I would describe my body type as "Muscular". I would say I'm very fit and workout about 3-6 days a week. I like to switch up my workouts and try to confuse my muscles. For example I will do zumba one night, than weight traning the next day. I try my hardest to eat healthy and I don't eat fast food ever. I am guilty of a sweet tooth and I feel like it is my downfall at times. I love my body and I have curves in all the right places, I am by no means "fat" or "overweight" looking. I love my stomach but I feel like I need to lean out my body, and im having a hard time figuring out how. I want my body to lean out and loose about 6 pounds. My question to you is, what workouts should I be doing to LEAN my body out? and What should I be eating or NOT be eating to get to my goal. I'm allergic to gluten so I never eat bread or much carbs. I need your help! I want my perfect rockin body :)

Food with protein in them will help you to get your ideal body:
lean turkey,
tuna
lean chicken,
etc.
Cardio exercises will help to burn the calories-to lean out:
jogging
stair running
cycling
etc.
3-4 times per week-30-45 minutes each.
Boyweight exercises will help to lean you out:
squats
walking lunges
lateral steps
stationary lunges
stair stepping
push ups
pull ups
bicycles
crunches
leg lifts
etc.
More repititions:
3-4 sets of 40-50 repititions.
