QuestionHello Im a male and I have problems with my body hair. I want to remove it becaues
1.I have pale skin and black hair and it doesnt look very well
2.My body hair is very thick and long (I know only a couple of people with the same body hair)
3.Summer is coming
Durning the winter I used a trimmer to shorten it but I cant get smooth nice hairless skin with a trimmer.
Removing the hair from the root is not a good option for me becuse I get a lot of ingrown hairs. Depilatory creams give the same result as the trimmer. My only option is shaving.
I want some tips how to shave male thick long body hair and have 100% smooth body without getting skin problems. I tried shaving before but my hair would get off very hard. I also got a lot of irritation.
I also want to ask-I waxed a part of my legs before and since then I got stubble on this place which wont grow any longer. How can I fix this problem?
AnswerHi Ivan, firstly let me apologise for the delay in responding. I have been on holiday and forgot to set my status to away so I'm sorry about that.
With regard to your question: there are many alternatives that you could try.
Veet hair removal cream is a good solution and could help with your skin irritation. You can get Veet Specifically for sensitive skin and it removes the hair without the need to shave.
Many men also get their hair waxed at a beauty salon. This is perfectly normal - salons are not only for women.
Lastly you could possibly consider laser treatments, which kill the hair from the root. This is a permanent method of hair removal. This last option is a little uncomfortable and is more costly though.
I'm afraid I have no answer about the hair not growing back following shaving apart from to try the above and see if this gets rid of the hair permanently for you.
I hope that helps,
Take care,
Kind regards, Claire
