I am not sure if you can answer my question. I am 21 years old and 190 lbs. I am trying to diet and exercise to lose weight, but I am concerned that when I lose weight I will have excess fat/lose skin. How do I avoid getting excess fat? Thank you.

It depends upon how fast you lose the weight-if you lose too much weight-too fast-you could end up with excess skin.
