Answer
In your original email you stated that you started taking metformin last month. The metformin itself may help you ovulate on your own after you have been on it a few months and improve your chances of becoming pregnant. I am not real familiar with HPV and pregnancy, but I did find an article that is helpful at this link. http://www.webmd.com/sexual-conditions/hpv-pregnancy
In general the article states that no link has been found between HPV and miscarriage, premature delivery, or other pregnancy complications, the risk of transmitting the virus to the baby is considered very low and if a pregnant woman tests positive for the high-risk types of HPV associated with cervical cancer, the doctor will monitor her during the pregnancy to watch for cervical tissue changes. If you do become pregnant, you will want to let your OB know right away so he/she can monitor you for changes during your pregnancy. I hope this helps you.
