Infertility After a C-Section: Understanding Your Options & Next Steps

Im 21 a mother of a 3yr old who was concieved on first try was delivered by c-section 7 weeks early due to complicated pregnancy couldnt stop contractions for 12 weeks.
 ive been tryin to concieve for the past 2 years with absloutly no success i dont know whats wrong i had mirena for 3 months after giving birth to my 3 yr old and had it removed so i could start ttc again. i just dont know whats going on every month i have every pregnancy symptom that i had when i was pregnant with isabella, the fatigue the bloating, the frequent urination the back pain swollen and extreamly tender breasts which still have milk and i only breast fed her for 3 months?!  please help me im getting so discouraged and i just dont know what to do

There certainly is something preventing you from getting pregnant, but you will need tdo undergo an infertility evaluation in order to find out what the problem is.  I cannot give you any answers without an evaluation.  One possibility has to do with the fact that you are still producing breast milk.  If the hormone prolactin is elevated, this can prevent pregnancy.

I would recommend that you see a fertility specialist so that you can get osme answers and get on your way to being pregnant.
