Answer
FSH is follicle stimulating hormone. This is the hormone that stimulates your ovaries to ripen an egg every month. LH is luteinizing hormone, which causes a ripened egg to be released.
Progesterone stimulates your lining to thicken each month in preparation to nourish an egg if it were fertilized. As far as what your actual levels or should be, you need to speak with the Doctor that performed your blood work for further details. The day of your cycle that this bloodwork is drawn on makes a difference as to determining whether or not your levels are considered normal. I am not a physician and unfortunately cannot interpret blood test results for you.
