Air Travel During Pregnancy: Safety & Considerations

I am 32 years old and this is my second pregnancy.  My first baby is already 16 months.  The first day of my last menstrual period is November 26, 2003.  I just wanna ask if it is safe to travel via air, I'm in California and I wanna go visit my family in the Philippines in May this year.  Thank you.

YOu can safely take a plane ride from California to the Philippines while you are pregnant. Just remember to walk around the cabin once every half hour and relieve yourself in the bathroom every  half hour, as well. Also drink plenty of fluids to remain hydrated.
