Suspected Paternity: Seeking Guidance on Potential Fatherhood

i've been involved with a very manipulative sneaky girl for 3 years.  every time i try to get away, she comes up with some HUGE deal that pulls me back.
well this time it appears that i'm a dad.  according to her that is.  i have a couple pics of her holding this baby that i never even knew she was pregnant with.  i was wondering if i could get some input on these pics from someone who knows more than i do about babies being born and how the mom's usually might look or dress shortly after (a couple days) the birth.

Hello Jimmy- well, I need details about when you last had sex with her, when you last saw her, how old is this baby now, etc. Given her past history, there is a very large chance that this is not your baby- or even HERS- but the only true proof will be a DNA blood test of both you and the baby. DON'T be sucked into any parenting issues until that test is done. I hope that helps- Cheri.
