Hello Rebecca. The trick here is to know EXACTLY WHEN you ovulated. For most women it is 14 days BEFORE the next period is due- but that can be difficult to pinpoint. The only time you can conceive is about the 3 days around ovulation- but it takes many months of observation and charting to figure it out. Hope that helps- Cheri.
