Answer
Your baby is well protected, floating in a uterus, surrounded by amniotic fluid, and further encased in a thick uterine wall. There will be no harm to the baby by a dog jumping on you, and unless you are stabbed, shot, or have an auto accident, the baby will not be injured by any pressure on your abdomen. As long as you are not having any vaginal bleeding and you still feel fetal movement, you have nothing to worry about. Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy.
