Prenatal Supplements: A Safe and Effective Approach

I am planning on becoming pregnant soon. In addition to a prenatal vitamin, I plan on taking Fish Oil (not Cod Liver) and Flax Seed oil for DHA's - brain's building blocks. Also, choline (500 mg)- again brain support, and B-12.

Do you think these are wise choices?

Other than a prenatal vitamin (each day) and a supplemental iron tablet (at bedtime). I so not recommend any other type of supplementation. Make sure that there is 4mg of folic acid in the prenatal vitamin. There is no need for any of the supplements you mentioned.
