My fiance is 23 and we are expecting our first child , i would like to wind out what type of exercise she may do and may she jog? And will you please tell me waht type of tests and vists me must take during the pregnancy .

Your fiancee can do as much exercise she can. By the time she reaches 20 weeks gestation, she will no longer have her waist, so abdominal crunches will have to be stopped. Avoid aerobics, but jogging and walking are fine. She should see an obstetrician by 8 weeks from the first day of her last period. Blood tests for CBC, Rubella, Hepatitis, HIV, Blood type and Rh, and a PAP smear will be done. She should see the obstetrician every month until 28 weeks, and then every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until the delivery of the baby. Follow the instructions of the obstetrician.
