i am 27 and pregnant i am about 5 weeks my last period was sept. 6 i think i have one 2 year old i went to the doctor and all they saw was the sac and thats all

Between 5-6 weeks gestation (from the date of the first day of your last period) we only see an empty gestational sac on sonogram. HOwever, by 6-7 weeks, if you repeat the sonogram and it is a viable pregnancy, we see a fetal pole and a fetal heartbeat. There was no reason to see anything other than what they saw at 5 weeks. Repeat the sonogram in two weeks and you will see more.
